Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handling for the Android game SLIDE TO EXIT (package: com.jjjistudio.slidetoexit) and this information page, provided by jjjistudio.
1. Game information stored on your device
There are no accounts, logins, in-app purchases or online leaderboards. Level progress, move records, stars, best results, unlocked level packs, language, sound and vibration preferences are stored on your device. Ad reward records also stay in private app storage. We do not send game saves to a developer server or sync them to an account. If Google backup is turned on for your device, Android automatic backup may include your progress file and ad reward records in your Google account backup and restore them when you set up a new device or reinstall. The progress file also contains music, volume, sound and vibration settings and device-local counts of gameplay and ad events, which may be backed up with it. These counters contain no user identifiers or timestamps and are not sent to a developer server. Ad consent, your age group and language settings are excluded from Android backup. Manually exported backup files also exclude sound and vibration settings and the local counters. You can also save or load a progress file from the Backup page in Settings. We cannot read or restore these backups or files.
Normal play does not require an age choice. When you request a pack ad with no age group selected, the Ad privacy page lets you choose Under 18 or 18 or older. We do not collect your exact age or birthday; only an unknown/restricted/adult category is stored locally. You may return without choosing and play the included or already unlocked levels. You can change the category in Settings; it is not identity verification.
2. Rewarded ads and Google's information handling
The first 50 of 300 levels are included. When you choose a Google AdMob rewarded ad and earn its reward, the next 10 levels are permanently unlocked on that device. Hints, undo, restart and replaying unlocked levels require no ads. We do not request banner, regular interstitial or app-open ads. New pack unlocks need internet access and ad availability; clearing levels alone does not unlock the next pack.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address, app and ad interactions (such as launches, taps and video views), diagnostic information (such as performance and response delays), and identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address. These are possible SDK data categories, not a statement that every identifier is used for every player. Information may be sent to Google and businesses involved in providing ads. Google Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
When you request a pack ad with an age category selected, the app updates consent through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), displays a consent form if required, and initializes and loads ads only when requests are allowed. Consent and ad preparation communicate before the ad itself plays. Reopening privacy choices may also communicate with Google. A saved age category alone does not trigger an ad request or consent update at startup.
Protection for children and teenagers
All players who select “Under 18” receive child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment, and we do not request personalized ads for them. Eighteen is a conservative app protection threshold, not a claim about every country's legal consent age. We send child-treatment tags and a G-rated ad content limit to Google. According to Google, child-directed settings in supported SDKs restrict interest-based advertising and remarketing and prevent transmission of the Android advertising ID. This does not eliminate all communication needed to provide ads. We do not use mediation with other ad networks.
While the age category is unknown, the app does not start ad requests or UMP consent updates. Age changes are unavailable while an ad operation is in progress and apply to later ad requests. A change cannot recall information already sent. Parents or guardians may contact us about processing or deletion; please do not send unnecessary child names, school details or birthdays.
3. Your choices and deletion
Where available for your region and consent status, you can reopen Google ad privacy choices from the game’s Ad privacy page. Refusing personalized ads may still allow processing needed for ad delivery and security. You can play the first 50 and already unlocked levels without ads. A cancelled or failed ad, or one without an earned reward, does not unlock a new pack.
Android advertising privacy settings let you reset or delete the ad ID; available controls vary by device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the progress, preferences and ad-unlocked pack records stored on the device. Unlocks can be restored only from a backup file you saved or, when it is on, from Android backup; there is no account-based recovery. This does not automatically delete information Google already processed; use Google policies and controls to manage it.
You may email us to exercise applicable rights regarding support information we handle, including access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing. We review and respond to requests subject to legal limitations, and may verify the requester only to the extent necessary.
4. Support emails, retention and disposal
If you email us, we process your reply address, message and attachments to respond. Do not send passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Once the support purpose is fulfilled and the information is no longer needed, we delete it without undue delay, including emails, attachments and separately saved copies. Any paper records are destroyed so they cannot be reconstructed. If a law requires retention, the relevant records are held separately for the required period and disposed of when that obligation ends.
Game save information remains on your device until deleted. Google's policies govern retention and deletion of information Google processes. We do not directly retain Google's raw advertising data or have the ability to delete it at will.
5. External services and international processing
We use Google AdMob and UMP for ads and consent, Gmail for support correspondence, and Google Firebase Hosting for this page. These services may process relevant information on servers outside your country of residence. Google operates servers in multiple countries; the responsible Google entity, processing locations and international transfer safeguards may depend on your region and service. See Google's policies below for details and contact information.
This policy page includes no ads, analytics tags, externally loaded fonts, tracking scripts or consent pop-ups. Connection information such as your IP address may still be sent to the hosting service when you request the page. Reading this policy is not treated as agreement to watch ads or consent to personalized advertising.
