Privacy Policy
JJJI STUDIO provides this policy for the Android game “Cross Together” (Korean title: 다 같이 건너요 - 강 건너기 퍼즐; package: com.jjjistudio.crosstogether) and its official game webpages. Effective and last updated: September 29, 2026.
1. Contact
The operator and privacy contact is JJJI STUDIO, jjjistudio@gmail.com. Contact us for privacy questions or access, correction and deletion requests. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to your request.
2. Information stored on your device
The game has no registration or developer-operated account server. Progress, stars, last stage, hint balances, rewarded world unlocks, daily reward status, tutorial progress and language, audio and vibration preferences are stored on your device. Recent play records used for troubleshooting are also stored locally. They are not automatically sent to a developer server. If you copy test logs or attach them to a support message, you choose how to share them.
3. Advertising and Google services
The game uses Google AdMob rewarded ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). You may choose to watch ads for hints, solutions or world unlocks. At launch, the app checks consent status. Where consent is obtained or not required, it may initialize the advertising SDK and preload ads. Advertising data may therefore be processed before you tap an ad button. Google may collect or share IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device/app identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID, ad/app interactions, device/app information and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Processing depends on your region, device settings and consent choices. The game does not request contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location. The developer does not operate a separate analytics SDK or account-based tracking server.
4. Consent and choices
Google consent screens are shown where applicable. Where privacy options are required, the Privacy choices button in game settings lets you review or change advertising consent. Android privacy and advertising settings provide additional controls, including controls over the advertising ID. Core puzzles can be played without watching ads; ad rewards require connectivity. Refusing personalized advertising does not necessarily stop processing needed for ad delivery or security.
5. Support and website
If you email us, we use your email address, message and voluntarily provided attachments to respond and resolve the issue. Please avoid unnecessary personal information. The official website is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and similar access information to deliver and secure pages and troubleshoot service issues. We have not added separate visitor analytics or advertising to these game information and policy pages.
6. Retention, deletion and international processing
You can delete local game data through Android app storage settings or by uninstalling the app. This may erase progress and rewards, which the developer cannot restore. We retain support information as needed to answer and resolve the issue, then delete it, subject to legally required retention. Google and Cloudflare determine retention and deletion for information they process under their respective policies and settings. Their global infrastructure may process information outside your country. Their policies below explain safeguards and rights procedures.
7. Children
The game is intended for users aged 13 and older. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; higher protected ages may apply in your region. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or otherwise, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
8. Protection, rights and changes
We limit access to support information to what is needed and avoid keeping unnecessary information. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. For device-only data and Google data, use the device or service controls described above. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
